TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Police arrested 12 drug personalities in separate drug buy-bust operations in Cagayan Valley region late Friday.
Police Regional Office 2 (PRO2) regional director police chief superintendent Robert G. Quenery said majority of the suspects were arrested through drug buy-bust operations.
“I am certain that we can win the battle against illegal drugs if everybody will cooperate, I urged the public to help the police in providing accurate and timely information about the existence of illegal drugs in your respective places so that we can easily stop this evil doings,” Quenery said.
The top police of Region 2 identified the arrested suspects as Virgilio Daco, 52, of Sitio Quirat, Purok 5, Rizal, Santiago City, Isabela; Pableo Canillo Blase, 37, of Brgy Maura, Aparri, Cagayan; Rudy Boy Bilabao and Wilfredo Estrella, both residents of Gaddang, Aparri, Cagayan; Raffy Carian, 38 years old, Harold Mangulad, 27 years old, Lorenzo Haber, all from Brgy Alabug, Tuao, Cagayan; Max Dinega, 49 years old, a resident of Brgy Santa, Tumauini, Isabela; Byron Evangelista, 34 years old, a resident of Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya; Catherine Viloria, 47 years old, a resident of Sitio Buneg, Brgy Pinili, Abulug, Cagayan; Ronald Bacarse, 46 years old tricycle driver and a resident of Centro, Abulug, Cagayan; and Amado Manguilin Jr, 37 years old, ISELCO employee, PNP/PDEA Top 8 Provincial Level Target List and a resident of Brgy San Felipe, Ilagan, Isabela..
