TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- A cement corporation donated 2,000 bags of cement to the Provincial Capitol of Cagayan on Thursday, September 14.
In a press release, Cagayan Provincial Information Office (CPIO) said the bags will be used for the construction of the road circle of the capitol’s flagpole, and the road connecting the Sangguniang Panlalawigan building to the Governor’s Pavilion.
Cagayan Provincial Engineer Basilia Flores said the bags of cement were voluntarilly donated by Holcim Company.
CPIO said that 4,253 bags of cement will be needed to construct the road circle and another 3,747 bags will be needed for the road connecting the SP building and Governor’s Pavilion.
CPIO added that another 6,000 bags will be turned over as part of 8,000 bags donation. Northernforum.net
