TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Vice Mayor Primitivo “Bitoy” Eslabon of Aparri, Cagayan has died on New Year’s Day.
The Cagayan public information office, in its Facebook post, said Eslabon battled an undisclosed ailment for years before dying on Sunday, January 1.
His remains can be viewed in their resident in Barangay Binalan.
Meanwhile, different politicians have extended their condolences to his family.
