TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines– Two Basco-bound flights were cancelled due to bad weather brought by Tropical Storm Isang, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.
These flights were Skyjet (M8 816/817 ) and PAL Express (2P 2084/2085).
State weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said tropical storm “Isang” has maintained its strength as it heads in a west northwest direction. “Isang” was last eyed at 330 km east of Basco, Batanes.
PAGASA has also raised Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 2 over Batanes. (PNA)
