TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- A Cagayano topped the a licensure examination for civil engineers in Middle East.
Kristofer Agcaoili Romano, a BS Civil Engineering graduate of Cagayan State University in 2011, topped the September 2017 Special Professional Licensure Exam (SPLE) for civil engineers (CE) in the Middle East.
Romano, who was not able to take the board because he already had to work since he married early, is currently working as maintenance engineer in Riyadh.
PRC announced that 73 out of 316 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Kuwait; Oman and in Qatar. CSU Communicator/Northernforum.net
