Cagelco I wants consumer feedback after ‘addressing’ issues, problems

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Cagayan I Electric Cooperative (Cagelco I) General Manager Engineer Tito Lingan said they want to get feedback from member consumers after “addressing” issues in their area.

In a media conference on Friday, December 29, Lingan said they have not seen much “negative comments” lately in social media.

Cagelco I launched its Facebook page earlier in 2017.

“We will ask our member consumer(s) kung ano naman yung naranasan nila after addressing all the problems. Kasi wala naman kaming nababasa,” he said.

“We want them to give a feedback, regardless if it might be another negative feedback. We just want to know kung ano naman ang kanilang nararamdaman o naeexperience after all that we have done,” he added.

Lingan said problems were addressed though re-energizing Carig substation and transferring feeder lines, lessening loads in other substations.

Cagelco I also opened its Caritan substation which had minimized power interruptions in November.

Meanwhile, Lingan said they will improve Cagelco I services particularly in their system.

More substations will be built in this city and in Iguig town.

The electric cooperative is also expecting to commission a 10 Mega Volt Amp transformer in Caritan substation in the first quarter of 2018.
