Duterte names former Isabela first lady Dy as RDC 2 co-Chair

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has appointed Doctor Cecilia La Madrid Dy as new Co-Chairperson of the National Economic Development Authority-Regional Development Council (RDC) Region 02.
