TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- An apartment in this city was razed by fire at height of New Year celebration late night of December 31, 2016.
In its initial investigation, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fire started from a lighted candle at an altar.
Salvacion Ramos, the owner of the apartment, accounted about P300,000 worth of properties were burned from the fire.
