TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Four minors were allegedly kidnapped and raped by a van owner, Bombo Radyo Tuguegarao reported on Wednesday, December 6.
Two of the teenagers in Gattaran town were on their way home from school on November 28 when a van stopped by their side and offered them for a ride, the report said.
The two stated to police that they accepted the offer when they saw two other girls inside the van.
The victims said they suddenly felt dizzy and fell unconscious, only to find themselves tied and gagged inside a bamboo house.
The two added that they were repeatedly raped inside the bamboo until they were taken back near their school on December 2.
Police are now investigating the incident as they are yet to establish whether the two other girls were accomplices. Northernforum.net
