TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Bus firm GV Florida reported on Wednesday, December 27, their trips to Cagayan and Isabela provinces are already fully booked for the New Year.
In Radyo Inquirer 990AM, Florida Bus Company said its Earnshaw, Sampaloc terminal no longer accepts further reservations.
Bus officials also said chance passengers could only board extra trips, yet some reports state even additional trips on Wednesday were full-pack.
Meanwhile, trips bound north in Victory Liner terminal in Pasay City are also reportedly fully booked.
Passengers reportedly continue to flock in Araneta Center Bus terminal, hoping to join their families in welcoming 2018.
Police have also tighten the security in several bus terminals.
Bus company officials said in earlier reports that the rush of passengers is expected until Friday, December 29.
