TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – The Philippine government shall continue to implement travel restrictions due to the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the affected areas in the country.
In a report, Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said that the entry of foreign nationals will still be restricted and the travel restrictions will continue.
In addition, Morente said that only Filipinos, their foreign spouse, children and accredited foreign government and international organization and foreign airline crews shall remain eligible to enter the country.
Meanwhile, he further said that the office is in standby to implement any changes in travel restrictions when there are necessary changes and recommendations from the IATF. TNF
