TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa attended the 116th Police Service Anniversary of the Cagayan Valley regional police office on Wednesday, October 4.
In his speech, Dela Rosa commended the police for their contributions on the government’s war on drugs.
He also urged them to practice “kuyog system” for “rogue and scalawag” police officers.
Dela Rosa also headed the awarding of trophies to top performing cops and units.
Isabela police received the most outstanding provincial police award while Ilagan City got the most outstanding city police.
The police chief also joined the “Slim Possible” workout, which aims to keep police fit and healthy.
A boodle fight was held Wednesday evening.
