TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Junior Chamber International (JCI) Tuguegarao Ybanag will hold a valentine’s day themed “fund run” in this city on Saturday, February 10.
The event is open to couples and single persons with registration fee of P250 per head for 3K run, and P350 for 5K run. It will start at 5 AM at Tuguegarao City Hall, regional government center in Carig.
Participants will be given free singlet and other experiential prizes for winners.
JCI Tuguegarao Ybanag said part of the proceeds will be used for public health projects such as voluntary blood donation activities, healthy lifestyle advocacy projects, and adopt-a-ward programs.
As of Tuesday, January 23, there are 150 confirmed runners. JCI Tuguegarao Ybanag President John Escobar said individuals who do not want to run can also sponsor runners.
Registration is ongoing at Harriya’s Fitness Gym, Pojangmacha at Luna Street Food Park, and Lyn-Lyn’s Food house in front of CVMC, Maranatha Travel and Tours, and Kimikarlai Hotel.
The fun run is sponsored by the office of Third District Board Member Karen Kaye Turingan, Cagayan Valley Medical Center, and Cagayan Valley Fitness Club. Northernforum.net
