Scattered rains expected over Cagayan Valley on Bonifacio Day

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected in Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino, the state weather bureau said on Thursday, November 30.

Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) stated in their daily weather report that this is caused by a tail-end of a cold front.

PAGASA warned the public of possible flashfloods or landslides due to scattered heavy rains in the said provinces.

Meanwhile, the island province of Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, and the Ilocos region are to experience cloudy skies with light rains caused by northeast monsoon.

The state weather agency further said that Northern Luzon is expected to experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.

In Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, the lowest temperature is expected to be 23°C and the highest at 29°C. Northernforum.net
