CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has set power interruption tomorrow affecting some localities served by the Isabela Electric Cooperative (ISELCO) – I.
Lilibeth P. Gaydowen, North Luzon Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Officer, said the NGCP will be conducting a reconfiguation of structure along Santiago – Batal 69kV line segment, construct metering facilities for NIA – Baligatan and replacement of line hardwares along transmission lines serving the areas covered by the electric coop.
Gaydowen said the power interruption will start at 8:00am until 6:00pm affecting the localities of Santiago, San Isidro, Cordon, Echague, Alicia, San Mateo, Cabatuan, Alicia Angadanan, San Agustin, Jones, San Guillermo.
Gaydowen said aside from the service areas of ISELCO I, the whole province of Quirino and Alfonso Lista and Aguinaldo in Ifugao will also experience 10-hour power interruption on the same day.
She said normal operations will immediately resume after work completion.
She also advised affected electric-customers to take the necessary preparations and precautions on the scheduled power interruption. Merlito Egdale/PIA
