TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 2 released three closed-circuit television camera (CCTV) footages that caught the motorcycle-riding suspects in the murder of one of its agents.
In a Facebook post, PDEA-Cagayan Valley asked the public to share the CCTV footage in hope that it would help in the investigation of the killing agent Mark Anthony Melad Ventura.
PDEA said a bounty of P400,000 was placed for information that will lead to the arrest of the suspects.
The footages showed Ventura, riding at the back of a Yamaha Mio, being followed by the two suspects riding a red Honda XRM with no plate number along Diversion Road and San Roque Street in Barangay Pengue Ruyu in Tuguegarao City.
In one of the CCTV footages, the gunman was seen wearing black helmet, black jacket, maong pants, and shoes. The gunman’s driver was wearing bull cap, face mask, black sweater white stripes on the sleeves, maong pants, and slippers.
Ventura was shot dead by the still unidentified suspects in Barangay Pengue Ruyu on October 2.
He sustained gunshot wounds in his body, causing his immediate death.
