TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- A man died after his motorcycle collided with a bus along Gosi Sur in this city, early Tuesday morning, August 8.

Tuguegarao City Police Superintendent Edward Guzman confirmed the identity of the rider as Noriel Christian Parallag, a 38-year old architect from Pengue-Ruyu in the city.

In their initial investigation, Police stated that Parallag bumped a carabao cart owned by Lorenzo Canaya on the side of the road. This resulted to him swerving to the opposite side of the highway before hitting and sliding underneath a GV Florida sleeper bus bound for Tuguegarao.

Parallag was on his way to Isabela when the accident happened. He is survived by his wife and their two children.
