TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba laid out plans for the provincial government’s sub-capitol in Lallo as he spoke in the People’s Day at Barangay Bangag in the town on Tuesday, September 19.
In a press release from Cagayan Provincial Infromation Office, Mamba said an evacuation center costing around P34 million is planned for the 27-hectare sub-capitol.
Aside from this, a training center for tobacco farmers, a forest area to serve as a military reserve and battalion headquarters, and a dormitory for employees are also planned, the release stated.
The governor also revealed that the National Museum plans to put up a regional museum in Cagayan.
The Lal-lo sub-capitol was opened to the public last A pril to facilitate services to Cagayanos in the first and second districts, the release said. Northernforum.net
