IN PHOTOS: Christmas village in Isabela

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela- Hundreds of Isabelinos have witnessed the formal opening of the province’s Christmas Village and the official switching on of Christmas lights around the Queen Isabela Park here.

Gov. Faustino G. Dy III led Tuesday night the opening of Christmas Village and the switching on of Christmas lights as a signal that Yuletide season in this province officially started.

Families, young, adults and visitors were amazed on how the provincial government prepared the holiday season where the place is lighted with various colors and designs of Christmas lights while the giant Christmas tree also attracts visitors.

The Queen Isabela park now is lighted with bright Christmas lights where Isabelinos can enjoy the place with the family and even visitors who want to drop by to relax and take pictures.

After the switch on, the governor and other local officials toured the entire park and led the distribution of gifts to the indigent children.
