TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan-The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Regional Office No. 2 formally launched the 15 modernized public utility buses (PUB) in this province on February 18, 2020.

“We are here to serve and not to compete with other transport companies,” he added.

Singson urged passengers to lobby to the company’s management should there be suggestions or feedbacks they want to share.

“Kung may gusto pa kayo, sabihin niyo lang sa mga driver or sa opisyales ng Partas, para sa mas maayos at mas magandang experience ng riding public,” he added.

Cabase assured the public that their fare matrix is categorized based on their guidelines.

“Ine-expect po natin na by June 2020, fully implemented na ang modernization program n gating gobyerno. Sa ngayon mayroon na tayong nabuksang 75 na routes sa rehiyon”, he added.

Free Ride during the launching

As part of the launching, the bus company offered free rides to riding public with its two routes.

For his part, Sta. Teresita Mayor Rodrigo de Gracia, in his message read by his representative, said that the presence of Partas in their municipality could help them with their economic progress by having a modernized transport company going in and out their town.

De Gracia said the opening of the bus company also opened job opportunities to Teresianos especially those who are inclined in ‘driving and automotive’.

Will Partas operate for the route of Tuguegarao to Ilocos region?

Singson explained that the route for Tuguegarao to Ilocos region is also part of their plan.

“We will  soon offer the route for Tuguegarao to Ilocos. We are just waiting for the approval of the concerned agencies”, he added.

As of now, only GMW operated by Florida Bus Corp. offers the Tuguegarao-Ilocos region route.
