TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – First Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Isabela starts construction in the City of Ilagan.
TESDA Regional Director Archie A. Grande, CESO III together with TESDA Isabela Provincial Director Vilma C. Cabrera, CESO VI and Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) Vocational School Superintendent (VSS) Edwin P. Madarang led the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the TVET Innovation Center (RTIC).
Grande said that ISAT has once again raised the bar in terms of development projects in the region because of the soon to rise RTIC. “I commend the ISAT family under the leadership of Supt. Madarang for another remarkable achievement for their institution; a testament of TESDA’s commitment to provide a quality-assured Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for our Filipino middle level workforce,” said RD Grande.
The regional head also emphasized the significant role that the soon to rise edifice will play in the skills development of the Isabeleños. “This building is not only a structure, but an Innovation Center that will hone the skills, knowledge and attitude of our learners.
Additionally, the innovation center will also provide an environment where the learners can innovate, discover their full potential and showcase their talents in their areas of specializations,” Grande added. The head of TESDA in the Cagayan Valley Region also looks forward to serving more Isabeleños with the soon to rise innovation center. TNF
