TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The Cagayan provincial government declared Labor Secretary Silvestre “Bebot” Bello and Public Works Secretary Mark Villar as new adopted sons of the province.
In a press briefing on Tuesday, June 20, Governor Manuel Mamba said the provincial board had recently passed a resolution for the adoption of the two Duterte cabinet members.
Mamba said Villar and Bello were adopted for their contributions to the Cagayanos.
He said Bello, who was hailed from Isabela province, is playing a crucial role in bridging the his administration to the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Villar, meanwhile, is helping his administration for the building of five bridges under his Cagayan Development Agenda 2025.
Information Officer Rogie Sending said Villar had informed them that the feasibility study for bridges of Camalaniugan, Gattaran and Amulung are already underway. Northernforum.net
