TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Cagayan Valley has a new designated regional director.
Director III Joel Balingan Plaza assumed as chief effective on June 2, 2020.
Prior to being the regional director of the region, he was assigned as regional director of National Capital Region (NCR).
Plaza said that he would strengthen partnership with Local Government Units.
“As I assume my post as Regional Director, I look forward to strong partnership with Local Government Units (LGUs), PNP and other Law Enforcement Agencies (OLEAs) and focus on clearing the remaining Drug-Affected Barangays (DABs) because by then we can say we have achieved our goal of making Cagayan Valley Region as Drug-Free,” Plaza said.
