TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- SM Foundation Incorporated has extended application for Cagayanos for their College Scholarship Program this school year 2018-2019.
Exam schedule will be on Monday, February 12 at 10 AM at SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown. Interview will follow in the afternoon for those who will pass the exam.
To qualify, applicants must have availed the Department of Education’s voucher program in a public or private senior high school; and whose parents’ household income per year is P150,000 or less. Students must bring their Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Income Tax Return for verification.
Applicant must also have garnered a general weighted average of at least 88% in the second or third grading period in Grade 12.
College scholars will also enjoy a choice of specialization in accounting, information technology, engineering, or education.
Aside from this, SM scholars will get full tuition, monthly allowance, part-time job opportunities during semestral and Christmas breaks, exclusive job offers from SM after graduation, and other fun-filled activities and enrichment programs.
In a press release, SM said their scholarship program seeks to help “underprivileged yet deserving students.” The program was initiated by SM founder Henry Sy Sr. PLL/PR/Northernforum.net
