BAGGAO, Cagayan – The Cagayan Police Provincial Office in partnership with the Humanitarian Order of Sierra Falconés (SF) conducted the simultaneous launching of project Biyaya para sa Barangay 4 (BIBAR-4) on July 23, 2020.
CPPO Provincial Director PCol Ariel Narag Quilang said that the 4th phase of BIBAR focused on providing educational materials for learners in remote areas.
“Itong BIBAR 4 ay isa sa mga proyekto upang makatulong sa mga mag-aaral habang may pandemyang nararanasan”, he said.
As sponsors, SF provided the books of for grade schoolers with estimated worth of P800,00.00.
According to Quilang, the barangays chosen will be mini libraries for learners of their communities.
Meanwhile, he also disclosed the CPPO’s upcoming project, BIBAR 5 which will select one scholar per municipality to study until they finished their studies.
In addition, CPPO also distributed grocery packs for learners during the launching.
Furthermore, Quilang encouraged the public to participate in these social responsibilities as the province adapt to the new normal.
