Liam Gallagher in Rome: His Thoughts on a Possible Oasis Concert in 2027!

Liam Gallagher a Roma: ecco cosa ha detto sul possibile concerto degli Oasis nel 2027

The buzz around Oasis has started to stir up excitement among fans, especially in Italy. Last summer, discussions had already begun about the iconic band making a much-anticipated return to the Eternal City. However, after wrapping up their reunion tour in 2025, the Gallagher brothers decided it was time to take a breather. But now, it’s Liam Gallagher, the younger of the two, who seems to be reigniting the hopes of fans in Italy.

Just recently, Liam was spotted wandering the charming streets of Rome, near a luxury hotel nestled in the heart of the city. He is enjoying a brief vacation with his mother Peggy and his partner, Debbie Gwyther. As word spread about his presence, fans flocked to catch a glimpse of the rock star, eager to snap a selfie or grab an autograph. Amidst the crowd, someone shouted, “Oasis performing here next year?” Without missing a beat, Liam replied, “Absolutely,” sending waves of excitement through the gathered crowd.

The year 2027 could potentially mark the long-awaited return of the legendary Manchester band to Italy, a full 18 years after their Milan concert was canceled due to the infamous fallout between Liam and Noel Gallagher. As anticipation builds online, fans are already speculating about possible venues that could accommodate the throngs eager to witness the reunion concert.

Rumors have it that the local administration has initiated talks with the band’s management. Alessandro Onorato, the official in charge of major events in Rome, has mentioned potential locations such as the Circo Massimo, the Olympic Stadium, and the Tor Vergata area, which will also host a record-breaking concert by Ultimo this July. It seems likely that one of these venues could eventually host the Oasis event, given their capacity to handle such a significant occasion.

As the excitement continues to grow, all eyes are on Liam Gallagher. He is set to depart from Ciampino Airport today, April 23, on a private flight. Speculation is rife that official concert dates could be revealed soon, possibly as early as April 27. However, as of now, there has been no official confirmation.

What’s clear is that Liam has been actively engaging with fans on social media. Since December, he has been teasing the possibility of a tour in 2027, cryptically stating, “I know things you don’t.” This aligns perfectly with his enigmatic style, and with each passing day, the chances of seeing Oasis back on stage seem to increase, especially after their announced hiatus for “a period of reflection” following last November’s tour.

Interestingly, Noel Gallagher recently spoke to the BBC, reflecting on his time off and hinting at a return to work. He remarked, “How was it? Everything went well, but come Monday, it’s back to business as usual. It was all fantastic.”
