CAGAYAN, Philippines-Power has been cut in most parts of Cagayan Valley region as early as Monday night, October 29.
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said 6 transmission lines in Cagayan, Isabela, and Kalinga provinces are unavailable due to Typhoon Rosita.
In its advisory, NGCP said as of 5 am on Tuesday, 48% of power load is available in Isabela, while 55% is available in Cagayan province.
