TUGUEGERAO CITY, Philippines- A Nueva Vizcaya native and two others won a bronze medal in Taekwondo Poomsae Team Event in the 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Saturday, August 26.
Juvenile Faye P. Crisostomo from Solano teamed up with Rinna Babanto and Jocel Lyn Ninobla, scoring 8.27 in the event.
Meanwhile, the Philippine men’s poomsae team retained its gold medal in the biennial games.
The Philippines finished at 6th place with 24 gold, 33 silver, and 64 bronze medals for a total of 121 medals in this year’s SEA Games.
