Duterte signs law postponing barangay, SK poll to May 2018

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, October 2, signed into law the bill postponing the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections in May 2018.

In a Rappler report, Duterte reportedly signed the law, know as Republic Act 10952, on Monday but copies were only given to Malacañang reporters on Wednesday, October 4.

The barangay and SK elections were originally set on October 23 this year. Northernforum.net
