TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The wife of Ifugao State University president Serafin Ngohayon was killed in a vehicular crash in Carranglan town in Nueva Ecija province.
Police identified the fatality as certain Febelyn Ngohayon while her four companions, including her husband, sustained wounds.
In their initial investigation, Police Inspector Froilan Tolentino, acting chief of Carranglan police, said the driver of the trailer truck lost control of the wheels when one of its tire blew up, and bumped into Ngohayon’s vehicle.
The driver is now facing reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and physical injuries. –Northernforum.net
