TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The Pound for Pound King did it again.
Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao won against Jessie Vargas to claim the WBO Welterweight Championship belt on Sunday, November 6 (Manila time) at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This is the first and win for the Mindanao-native since he sat as senator in July.
Judges scored the fight 114-113, 118-109, 118-109, all in favor for Manny Pacquiao.
Meanwhile, “Filipino Flash” Nonito Donaire lost his WBO Junior Featherweight belt after losing to Jessie Magdaleno at scores 116-112, 116-112 and 118-110. TNF
