TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Veteran actor Dick Israel died on Tuesday night, October 11, a foundation for Filipino artist announced on a Facebook post.
“Remembering his wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in our hearts. A good heart has stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven. RIP Dick Israel,” Damay Kamay said.
Damay Kamay foundation is a group of several members of the showbiz industry helping their colleagues in need. A report by Rappler said the foundation have been helping Israel since July.
His death was also confirmed by Vivian Velez, according to a report by ABS-CBN News.
Velez, a part of the Damay Kamay foundation, said Israel’s son informed him that his father was vomitting blood before he died in their home. TNF
