TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- After a recent drug raid in a shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) clandestine laboratory, the Isabela provincial government created a inspection team for buildings and warehouses to ensure these are operating a legitimate business.
In his Executive Order 29, Governor Faustino “Bojie” Dy III ordered the creation of the team to facilitate the inspection of all business establishments to ensure that such buildings are not being used in the manufacture of illegal drugs.
The order said the team will have to assess the referrals from the town and city governments building inspection teams of all structures that are set to be constructed.
Dy issued the order following the recent discovery of a shabu laboratory disguised as warehouse in Cauayan City. TNF
