ISABELA, Philippines- The local chief executive of this province has recognize the great contribution of all the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) members during the 08 January 2018 flag raising ceremony.
Gov. Faustino G. Dy III said the active participation of all PDRRMC members have resulted in minimal damages of human lives because of the proactive activities being done by everyone before, during and after calamities.
Dy said it is deemed necessary to recognize the sacrifices and efforts of each individual and office who have shown exemplary contribution to ensure the safety of every Isabelino.
“Through your active participation, we have achieved the goal of saving the lives of Isabelinos in times of disasters,” Dy said to all the PDRRMC members.
He said the award as Best PDRRMC in the country for three consecutive years is just a feat received from government agency but the real goal of the council is to ensure the safety of every Isabelino in times of disasters.
