President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday night declared Martial Law in the whole island of Mindanao following the attacks of the ISIS-supporting group Maute.
Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella made the announcement during a press conference in Moscow, Russia. He said Duterte declared the Martial Law past 10 pm on Tuesday.
Duterte is in Russia for a state-visit. Northernforum.net
