SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown opens today, October 12

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The much-awaited opening of Cagayan’s newest mall is opening today, October 12.

SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown (SMCTD), the SM Prime Holdings’ 65th mall in the Philippines, is set to open its doors at 10 am.

A motorcade around the city will happen at 6:30 am. The SMCTD will also play Ybanag Love Songs around 8 am for a more local ambience.

Ribbon cutting and coin throwing will mark the ceremonial opening of the mall at 9 am, to be followed by Afi Festival Dances.

Mayor Jeffersor Soriano and SM executives are expected to grace the mall opening.

Celebrity host Robi Domingo and the Perkins Twins will make special performances for the audience.

Dining options include international and national food chains and specialty restuarants as well as well as homegrown restuarants like Billy Jack’s Pansit Batil, Patung,Baker’s Percent, and Cup of Faith, SC Sugar Cane Juice, Ice Kingdom, Frutos, and Jio’s Juice Bar.

The mall also has fashion boutiques, specialty stores, wellness and services, and amusement centers.  It also has an IT Zone for Tuguegarao techies.

Golden Press, the leading printing services in the region, is also opening its store at the mall’s 3rd level.

For customer convenience, it has 345 car slots.

Strategically located in a 16,000 -square meter site in Luna corner Mabini Street, SM Center Tuguegarao will serve customers in this rapidly growing city, as well as the rest of Cagayan Province.
