TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- Heavy rains from the different tributaries of Cagayan River caused some overflow bridges impassable on Wednesday, December 28.
The Pinacanauan Overflow Bridge in this city is now impassable to both light and heavy vehicles.
Mayor Jefferson Soriano advised motorists to take precautionary measures and find alternate routes.
Meanwhile, the Abussag and Bagunot bridges in Baggao town are also now impassable, according to the Cagayan public information office.
In its latest advisory 12 noon on Wednesday, the Magat Dam administration said the water level of the Magat is at 192.65m and the inflow is at 306 m³/sec.
