TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – Extending the Government’s war against illegal drugs, Cagayan Police Provincial Office (CPPO) held its first Provincial Tokhang Responders Drug Summit last July 26 at Cagayan State University Andrews Campus Gymnasium.
Out of the 10,538 total recorded Tokhang Responders in the region, only 4,881 attended the summit while 1,032 Barangay Drug Abuse Councils were also present.
Moreover, the summit was organized to gather all the Tokhang Responders from July 2016 up to present to encourage and persuade those who haven’t finished Community Based Rehabilitation and Wellness Program to complete it and to increase their awareness on the dangerous effects of drugs.
