TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan- A notorious drug personality was dragged to jail after a successful drug buy-bust operation in Tuguegarao City on July 1, 2019.
The suspect was identified as Robin Paleg Canapi (DI Listed, High Value Target (HVT), top 5 PDEA Provincial Level) 29 years old, single, painter and a resident of Sta. Teresa, Iguig, Cagayan.
Stated on a police report, at about 6:20 PM of July 1, 2019, joint personnel of PDEU, CPPO, personnel of Tuguegarao City Police Station and Alcala Police Station conducted an anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation in Brgy. Leonarda, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The operation resulted in the arrest of the suspect after selling (1) one piece, heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance to one of the operatives who acted as poseur buyer.
Police confiscated from the direct possession of the suspect were (2) two pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets, (2) two unit cellular phones, (1) one piece. Php1000.00 bill.
Tuguegarao City Police Station is now preparing all documents for filing a case against the apprehended suspect. northerforum.net
