TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan — Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that the low-pressure area east of Virac, Catanduanes has developed into a Tropical Depression.
In a tweet by PAGASA, they said that the weather disturbance will be called “Jenny”.
Furthermore, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said it will begin issuing Severe Weather Bulletins on Jenny from 5:00 p.m. Monday.
In its 3:00pm advisory, moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga and Bataan over the next two hours.
