TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines- The suspect in the killing of a retired army soldier was found floating on the river in Barangay Dugo, Camalaniugan on Sunday afternoon, September 24.
Residents found the lifeless body of James Dorado, a 44-year old driver in nearby Lal-lo town, which was later confirmed by Dorado’s father Leoncio, Jr.
Earlier reports stated that town Health Officer Doctor Desiree Balauitan who conducted a post-mortem examination on the body said Dorado died of drowning and that the body did not have other wounds.
Dorado is linked to the killing of retired soldier Dalmacio Asuncion, 55, following a heated argument in a birthday celebration in Lal-lo on Saturday, September 23. Asuncion died of gunshot wounds. Northernforum.net
